The Columbus Housing Authority Community Room is available to the general public as well to residents and their families for meetings, events and social activities.
The cost to rent the space is $125.00 per event plus a $125 security deposit.
A reservation form, which is available in the office, will need to be completed and returned with a your $125 payment and Security Deposit to reserve a specific date.
*CHA reserves the right to charge for cleaning and any damages if the space is not left in the same condition as you found it. No smoking is allowed in this space. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
